For us, flying in a hot air balloon is something we do almost daily, but for most of our passengers it will be the first time. Below, we’ve answered some FAQs about our gift vouchers and special Christmas flight promotion.
Every experience gift voucher is:
- Open dated booking flexibility within 36 months of purchase.
- Fully transferable to another person
- Valid 7 days a week
- Not redeemable for cash
- Terms & Conditions apply
How is it delivered?
It’s your choice. The voucher can either be:
- Delivered via email
- Delivered by post. We send a hard copy by mail (standard or express) in a special ballooning experience voucher wrap around card.
- Collected from our office. Please call to make arrangements.
How fast can you send the vouchers?
Gift vouchers will be emailed within six hours or the next business day. If you require the voucher urgently, please call the office during business hours on (+61) 07 3294 8770.
What is the “Festive Flight Bonus”?

How much does a flight or gift voucher cost?
- Per Adult $370 (13 years & over)
- Per Child $320 (6 to 12 years) – accompanied by a consenting adult
How does someone book or redeem a voucher?
