We host our after-flight restaurant breakfast at Fourth Child Restaurant – 5 minutes up the road – where passengers and additional guests can chat with the Chief Pilot Graeme Day about ballooning and the region, and reflect and relive their ballooning experience whilst indulging in a freshly cooked hot breakfast (choice of 5-7), over a glass of bubblies and a personalized commemorative flight certificate presented to each passenger.
We advise our customers to either self-drive to the meeting point via own car, rental car, taxi, or rideshare eg Uber, DiDi, Sheba, Ola, etc. (Approx $75 depending on location and options chosen).
We are happy to drop guests off at the train station if they wish to return by train to Brisbane either before or after the breakfast. (Trains from Brisbane to Ipswich only commence around 5.00 am, so do not arrive in time for an early morning sunrise ballooning experience.)
